Online Purchases

Purchases made from outside Canada will not be subject to Canadian retail taxes.

Canadian purchasers will be subject to retail taxes applicable to their respective province.

Any duties or fees applicable to out of Canada purchases are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped. Should you decide that you no longer want this order after it has been shipped, it must be treated as a return. Please follow the procedure listed under RETURNS below.

Product warranties are not available.

Health regulations prohibit the return of duvets or pillows.

Products which have been washed, used, or not in original condition - for any reason, will not be accepted for exchange, refund or gift certificate.

All sales of discounted item(s) are considered final and therefore will not be eligible for exchange, refund or gift certificate.

Orders may be held for a security review. If your order is affected you will be notified within two business days.

With every purchase from HSH Canada, your satisfaction is guaranteed. Should you ever receive items which are not up to our standards, you should follow the procedure listed under RETURNS below.


PROCEDURES RE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

RETURNS

Merchandise received by the purchaser which is incorrect due to error on the part of the manufacturer or vendor may be returned in its original packaging. Every effort will be made to expedite the shipment of the correct merchandise. The purchaser will not be responsible for any shipping charges, duties or fees incurred due to an incorrect shipment. Those charges will be credited to your account upon HSH Canada's  receipt of the incorrect item(s).

With regard to merchandise you choose to return, you have 14 days from the day you receive the merchandise to ship it back to HSH Canada. Please ensure that all receipts accompany your return and that you specify whether you prefer a refund or a gift certificate. Shipping and any appropriate insurance will be at your own expense. This shipment MUST be sent by trackable mail. Should you choose to ship by any method which is NOT trackable, you do so at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss which results from your untrackable shipper.

Upon receipt of this return, all items will be inspected to ensure that they are in perfect condition. If this is the case, a refund, or a credit in the form of a gift certificate will be issued reflecting the original charge for the returned item(s) minus the original shipping charge, and minus any duties, fees, and/or taxes incurred.

 

EXCHANGES

Should you wish to exchange your purchase, you have 14 days from the day you receive the merchandise to ship it back to HSH Canada. All receipts must accompany your return, and you may specify the item(s) you wish to exchange FOR either in the returned parcel or by email.

This shipment will be at your expense and MUST be sent by trackable mail. Should you choose to ship by any method which is NOT trackable, you do so at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss which results from your untrackable shipper.

Upon receipt, all items will be inspected to ensure that they are in perfect condition. If this is the case, your account will be debited and credited to reflect your exchange, and any items you have reselected will then be sent out to you.
